You may be wondering, how do things get done at The Ridge? You see a lot of people doing a lot of work, but who are they, and why are they here? The truth is they are just like you, and that means you could be one of them too.
Almost everything you see happen at The Ridge is done by volunteers. This is a key part of our belief that the church belongs to all of us.
But more than that, we believe serving is essential to growing in our spiritual lives. So that's why it's part of our Next Steps process. Maybe you have a great skill that you would love to use here. Or maybe you're not sure what you could do, but you want to give serving a try. Either way, our Service Coordinator will work hard to find you the right place to help out.
Over 100 volunteers help every weekend, and there are things to do during the week as well. For example, we have volunteers who clean the building, help in the office and work on creative projects.
